Welcome to my website. I specialize in properties  up and down the southwest coast of Florida in Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee and Collier County (everything south of Tampa).

Many buyers are looking for a home as their primary residence, however I also work with a lot of people looking for a second home (vacation home) or an investment such as rental properties and properties that need to be renovated and then resold.

For those interested in buying a home to use as a rental, we mostly have two types of rentals in Florida: annual  and seasonal. A seasonal or short term rental  allows the owner to use the home occassionally when there are no tenants in the property. However, most seasonal rentals are likely to be waterfront or golf course types of properties. Seasonal renters like a resort type of destinantion and will pay handsomely for that. An annual renter is usually on a 12 month lease and that doesn't allow for the owner to use it occassionally.

Currently, I am working mostly with foreclosures, as they represent almost two thirds of the real estate market right now and we are also trying to work with short sales, but they can be very difficult.
